Mel Feliciano announced the delivery of 10,000 more testing kits for the Teresita Jalandoni Memorial Provincial Hospital in Silay City on Friday, this week in a meeting today with the RIATF team, Gov Bong Lacson and Provincial Consultant Albee Benitez. Also present are representatives of the LGUs of the third district.
